We are delighted to announce our sale highlights from our Sussex October Interiors auction.

Our sale highlight was LOT 1077 which sold for £60,000 (plus. BP)

Description: Eric Ravilious (1903-1942), Aerodrome, watercolour and pencil, 45cm x 55cm.

LOT NO: 1685 - Bosendorfer; a mahogany cased over-strung iron framed baby grand piano, on tapering square supports, 147cm wide x 170cm long.  Sold for £4,800

LOT NO: 1850 - A pair of 20th century brass mounted mahogany two tier etageres, on turned supports, 53cm wide x 71cm high, (2). Sold for £2,300

LOT NO: 2485 - A three colour gold bracelet, in a wide shaped link design, with partly facet cut decoration, detailed 750, on a snap clasp, with foldover safety catches, length 19cm, weight 84 gms.  Sold for £1,800

LOT NO: 2500 - An Elizabeth II 18ct gold Limited Edition Commemorative Goblet, detailed Silver Wedding of The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh 1947-1972, the body with the crown surmounted Royal initials E II R, numbered and detailed to the footrim 20/25, Mappin & Webb Ltd, London 1972, height 14.5cm, weight 341 gms, with a Mappin & Webb case, detailed Royal Silver Wedding 1947 Royal Coat of Arms motif 1972.  Sold for £8,350

LOT NO: 2330 - A group of ten medals to F.W. SYER PALESTINE POLICE, comprising; The O.B.E Civil Division, the King's Police Medal, George VI issue, with engraved naming in capitals, Frederick W.Syer, Asst.Inspr.General.of Police. Palestine, The 1914-18 British War Medal and The 1914-19 Victory Medal to 2. LIEUT,F,W. SYER. R.A.F., The General Service Medal, George VI issue, with two bars, Palestine and Palestine 1945-48 to Deputy SUPT. F.W.SYER. PAL.POLICE, The 1939-45 Star, The Defence Medal and The War Medal, these three unofficially named Frederick W.Syer Asst. Inspr, General of Police Palestine, The Colonial Police Forces Medal for Meritorious Service, George VI issue, officially re-named in capitals ASST. INSP. GEN. LOT NO: 1532 - A 19th century tapestry, pastoral landscape design with trees, mill and river, two figures in a thatched clearing within a border, 395cm x 235cm. Sold for £2,500
