This May we enjoy a whole week of auctions starting on Monday 12 May with our Clocks and our Silver auctions.

All lots from these auctions, the lots mentioned here, and all other lots are available to preview at Bellmans Late at our Wisborough Green auction rooms on Thursday 8 May between 5pm and 7pm, when we will be welcoming you with sparkling wine from local producers, Stopham Vineyard.

The second May auction, Furniture, Carpets & Decorative Objects on Tuesday 13 May starts with lot 401, and includes a striking, multicoloured contemporary resin desk featured below and on our Instagram account, where you can stay up to speed with news from Bellmans, see some of our favourite lots and find insightful videos from our team of specialists. Also of note in this sale is a decorative pair of Curtis Jere Starburst wall sculptures.

Our Fine Jewellery and Watches auction, 15 May, has some particularly exciting watches, including a Jaeger Le Coulter Reverso, a Cartier Tank Chinoise and an Omega Seamaster with a tropical dial. Other jewellery names to look out for include branded pieces from Cartier, Chanel, Tiffany, and Van Cleef and Arpels, not to mention some exquisite gemstones including a large emerald, a large yellow diamond and a beautiful star sapphire.

On Friday 16 May, Timeless Torque brings Cars and Automobilia under the hammer, including two Bentleys, a Rolls Royce, a 1930s Citroen and some rather fun pudding bowl style, mid-century racing helmets. Of the Bentleys, one is a 1979 Bentley Corniche, only one of 6 built in 1979, making it among the rarest postwar Bentleys ever produced.

All these lots are on view at Bellmans Late, 5pm – 7pm, 8 May, at our Wisborough Green sale room, Newpound, Wisborough Green, West Sussex.
