The team of seventeen include team leader; Charles Hanson, Thomas Plant, Charlie Ross, Philip Serrell and members of the production team all completed the race.

Jonathan successfully ran the race in 1hour 57 min and 23 Seconds. Jonathan Pratt comments ‘I thoroughly enjoyed running The Great North Run and felt privileged to run for such a worthy cause. I would like to thank everyone who donated to this cause, the total standing at just under £28,000. Unfortunately I have been bitten by the bug and has already signed up to run Race The Train in Wales. I hope that the money raised helps towards making a difference to the parents and family going through such a tragic loss’.

SANDS provide an invaluable service and support to parents and families suffering with the loss of a baby during pregnancy or after the birth. SANDS also provides memory boxes to parents where special mementos are stored. The seventeen runners represent the 17 babies that are stillborn each day in the UK.

If you are able to help in raising funds for this worthy cause

Bellmans sends its congratulation to all the runners!
