Location: West Sussex

The role
Main duties and responsibilities
Build and develop business relationships with professional advisers

  • Create a pipeline of consignments for auction
  • Undertake valuations for sale, taxation and other purposes
  • Participate in targeted marketing efforts to build the brand

The candidate

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience
  • Strong ability in assessing and valuing property, including research skills
  • Energy & creativity with business getting
  • Superior client service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good written and spoken English
  • Effective process management, including ability to work to strict deadlines
  • Versatility and ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Diligent follow-up skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively, team player
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Full driving licence
