A George II style mahogany bookcase in the manner of William Kent, 20th century, with a leaf and dentil carved broken pediment and moulded cornice, having ribbon tied leaf carved borders, centred by a projecting tablet carved with swags of flowers, fitted with adjustable shelves enclosed by a pair of glazed panel doors, the projecting base with a guilloche carved frieze and enclosed by a pair of raised and fielded panel doors, on a foliate carved moulded plinth base, 136cm wide x 241cm high x 39cm deep.
