A golden oak and macassar ebony and ebony strung side table by Peter Waals, 1936, the rectangular projecting top over a single long cedar lined drawer with step moulded front and 'D' shape dished ebony handles, octagonal section legs with ebony caps united by a shaped and chamfered ebony 'H' stretcher. 91cm x 49.5cm x 79.5cm.
